What types of cannabinoids are in Uplift (THC-infused) beverages?
The two cannabinoids found in our hemp-derived THC beverages are cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Our hemp-derived THC beverages contain a low dose of Delta-9 THC, which contains a concentration of 0.3% THC by dry weight or less. Our nano-emulsified extraction has rapid-absorption for fast onset and maximum effect.
Will this show up on a drug test?
Mindstate Uplift products contain THC and will likely cause a positive result on a drug test. If passing one is a must, we recommend holding off on indulging
Will I become anxious?
Our THC blends are thoughtfully crafted with calming L-theanine to help ease the mind and keep your vibe light. Most people feel chill, not stressed, but always listen to your body and start slow if you’re new.
Will I get a hangover?

How much THC is in each product?
Our Uplift drinks contain 5mg of THC and 5mg of CBD. Start low and go slow, especially if you're new to THC.
Are your products vegan or gluten-free?
Yes! Check individual products for specific dietary info.
Do I need to refrigerate?
Mindstate taste best cold and stays freshest when stored in the fridge. Chill (out) and enjoy!
Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100. Orders must hit the $100 mark after discounts (before tax) to qualify.
We do our best to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once they’re out the door, your goodies usually arrive within 3–7 business days. Thanks for your patience.
What states do you ship to?
We are able to ship Mindstate Reset to all 50 states.
Mindstate Uplift (THC infused) can be shipped to most states! However, some states have regulations that limit the items we can ship to certain markets.
We continuously update this list as regulations evolve. We can ship all products direct to consumers in: DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, DC, WV, WI, & WY.
We are unable to ship any Mindstate Uplift products direct to consumers in: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, HI, ID, MD, OH, MN, NV, NH, NJ & ND.

Ordering & Payments
Do I need to be 21+ to order Mindstate?
Yes! Mindstate Uplift, THC infused drinks are for adults 21 and over only.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are indeed 21 years of age or older and of legal age to enjoy infused beverages.
• Age verification with a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the carrier upon delivery.
Mindstate Reset drinks are for available for purchase by everyone and do not require an ID for purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. Due to federal regulations, cannabis purchases can’t be made with certain payment processors—we’ll walk you through the available options during checkout.
Can I send Mindstate as a gift?
Yes! Just make sure the recipient is 21+, and that someone of legal age will be there to receive the package when it arrives.
Safety & Usage
Can I mix Mindstate with other substances (like alcohol or caffeine)?
We don’t recommend mixing THC with alcohol, or large amounts of caffeine as it can intensify effects unpredictably.
Can I drive after drinking Mindstate Uplift (THC)
NO WAY!
Please don’t drive or operate machinery after consuming THC. Even if you feel “okay,” THC can affect coordination and judgment. Better safe than sorry.
Is it safe to consume while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Mindstate products should not be used if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition that may be affected by cannabis. When in doubt, consult your doctor.
Is it safe to consume while taking medications?
If pregnant, nursing, or currently taking medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Is Mindstate lab tested?
Yes! All Mindstate products go through third-party testing to ensure accurate dosing, quality, and safety. Transparency is part of our high standards.

What is your return policy?
Because our products are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any edible items.
Please don’t send anything back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will be discarded and won’t be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.
